Now, when you head out into the city for some fun there is plenty to check out. Here are some of our local favorite spots. There’s the KFC Yum! Center where you can catch U of L men and women’s basketball games. Plus, there are plenty of big name headliner concerts, from country to rock and hip-hop, there’s always something fun going on at the arena.
If you like the great outdoors, then be sure to take advantage of the Big 4 Bridge and Waterfront Park located on the Ohio River. It’s the walking bridge that connects Louisville to Jeffersonville, Indiana over the Ohio River. The area is absolutely beautiful and the bridge gets lit up by colorful LEDs that make it a great place for a date! Plus, it is bike-friendly so you can go for a nice ride or bring your family out there for a picnic and some fresh air.
More locally, we do have Actor’s Theater in downtown Louisville – where you can catch local performances throughout the year. A non-profit theater with different theatrical and performance art shows on a nightly basis, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to catch a great show!

To get to our leasing office, you’ll take I-65 to the Broadway exit. Next, you’ll turn right and follow until you reach Clay Street. At which point, turn left. Proceed for two and a half more blocks and then turn right onto Phoenix Place. Follow the signs to the office at 510 S. Shelby Street Mall.
